Member Still in Room After Ban

OK, So this actually happens occasionally. I will ban someone, and they will continue to have the ability to come into my room. For example, I blocked this person and they remained in my room all morning. I unblocked then and blocked them again, and it still didn't work. These screenshots are about an hour apart.

I guess I can ask support to manually ban them? But this isnt the only account this happens to? I don't know, just kind of annoying...

second block button? the only block buttons i know of is clicking their name or clicking their pm, both ive tried

I think it is because of the userlist still being broken, happens with normal block AND id block (which i think was the second option someone mentioned) afaik they are already out of your room and just keep showing up in the userlist because it is broken (same with the heart icons not showing 50% of the time and then blink and are back for a momeny just to disappear again)

@Schnauzevoll is correct. Unfortunately we are experiencing some bugs with the functionality of the user lists. Our tech team is aware of it though, and are actively working on a solution.

@KellyCarolina when you ban users, their names might be showing up on your list (due to the bug on our end), but they are not actually in your room anymore. They can not see anything or interact with you from that banned account.

Yeah they are not fixing shit on the site it seems. I am member of a couple models fan club and their fan club keeps being deactivated so everytime they come online they need to reactivate their fan club. I have sent numerous messages to support and all I get in response is "our technical team is aware of this issue but we have not timeframe in which it will be fixed" so basically they tell you to fuck off and deal with it...lol

Ah and i thought mine got deactivated because i had to send in a new id and to do that we need to first get our old ones to get rejected and so i thought those few seconds of not being able to broadcast deactivated my fanclub. Interesting, thanks for the info! (And sorry this was a bit OT)

I banned dudes for life and their name is constantly showing up. I think if they have money they get to stay.

I call bullshit. Over 6 months to fix an issue says it is last on the list of what they are doing to the site. They would rather make improvements, upgrades, and new features before actually fixing issues. Why would I tell models to reach out to you directly when they will probably get the same lame response "our technical team is aware of this issue but we have no time frame in which it will be fixed"
