Banned While Streaming as Active Guest — No Violation Explanation Yet

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar because I'm currently confused about my ban and support hasn't clarified anything yet.

Here’s what happened:

I was streaming as an active guest on my friend's account. Everything was normal, and I streamed for about 3 hours. After that, I took a short break to grab a snack.

When I came back, my friend noticed that my "active guest" status suddenly changed to "inactive guest" without any warning.

Because of that, I decided to check my main account, which I hadn't opened or streamed on for about 5 months. When I logged in, I saw the message: "Your account has been banned", but there was no reason or explanation provided below the notice.

This is what confuses me:
• I was only streaming as an active guest on my friend's account
• I streamed for about 3 hours without any issues
• After my break, my guest status suddenly became inactive
• I checked my main account and saw it was banned
• My main account hadn't been used for about 5 months
• No violation reason was provided
• Support has not yet clarified what rule I violated

Has anyone experienced:
• Getting banned while streaming as an active guest?
• Guest status suddenly changing to inactive?
• Being banned without explanation?
• Getting banned even if your main account wasn't recently active?

If you had a similar experience:
• What was the possible violation?
• Did you recover your account?
• How long did support take to respond?

I'm trying to understand what might have happened and whether there's still a chance to resolve this.

It's been about 3 weeks since I sent my appeal to Chaturbate support regarding my banned account, but until now, I haven't received any reply or clarification about what violation I committed.

What confuses me more is that the account I was streaming on belongs to my friend, and that account is still active and streaming normally until now. The only account that got banned was my main account.

Here’s a short summary of my situation:
• My main account was banned without a clear reason
• I already sent an appeal to support 3 weeks ago
• I still haven't received any response from support
• The account I streamed on (my friend’s account) is still active
• Only my account was banned
• I was streaming as an active guest when this happened

Haven't you been told numerous times NOT to create additional threads about the SAME ISSUE? Just because you post a thread into a different sub-section of the forum, will not help your case with or without fellow member assistance. You now have THREE threads different threads about the same situation. It's easier for everyone to follow and give advice if updates stay in one single thread, since the details are a bit spread out across multiple posts right now. That way people helping you can see the full timeline in one place and won’t miss important context.

Just because you post a thread into a different sub-section of the forum, will not help your case with or without fellow member assistance. You now have THREE threads different threads about the same situation.
