I got banned after i tipped 1000 Tokens

i hope someone can help me what to do.

I asked the broadcaster belle_phine for something in private message after she agreed and said its possible for 1000 tokens, i tipped this amount to her. Right after i got banned, so i'm pretty sure she scammed me. I already wrote to support but i wanted to know if someone has experienced the same and has some tipps for me.

My username is Qwipo9.

I thought maybe @punker barbie can help or has some tipps what to do now?

Not “Yes, I’ll do it for 1000 tokens.” Maybe it’s the overthinker in me, but if I was in your shoes I wouldn’t have been comfortable tipping 1000 tokens for an “It’s possible.” And I would have been like “Okay, so if I tip the 1000 tokens now, will you do it?” There’s no saying whether or not that would’ve made a difference though.

Which is why I will continue to stand by my previous statement I’ve made on here many times…that IMO members should only give large tips like that to models they actually know/trust somewhat, instead of models they’ve just met five minutes ago.

If it TRULY went down the way you described it (and you’re not leaving out important details…such as you immediately acting like a jerk to her immediately after tipping), then sorry to hear that.

Punker Barbie is not going to contact the model, and ask “Why did you ban Qwipo9?” All PB can do is confirm that CB has received your email, and that CB appreciates your patience as you wait for them to get to you.

Now if this had been a scenario of you paying for a custom video on a platform such as IWantClips or ManyVids, and the model didn’t deliver it…then yeah, you would get your money back. Because on those platforms your money is held in escrow and released to the model after she’s delivered the video.

But this wasn’t the case of a custom video purchase. You tipped 1,000 tokens on CB, and according to CB tips are considered “gratuities”…not payments for specific services.

Thanks for your respone i know tokens are seen as gratuities i have read the Chaturbate Terms, but i dont the CB as a platform should tolerate that cam models like her exploit this part of the terms to get tokens and users like me can do anything about it.

If you just wanted her to be topless and moan your name while masturbating, then I feel like you would’ve just told us that. The fact that you don’t want to go into a little more detail (not that I’m saying you owe us an explanation) still has me curious if your request involved a script where you wanted her to say other things besides just saying (moaning?) your name.

There are a lot of threads on here about members and models getting banned on CB. Also posts about models getting banned for continuing to engage in conversation with members who posted something that violates the rules. I think more and more models are starting to ban members who type something questionable into the chat, because the models are afraid of CB penalizing THEM for the fucked up shit that men type. For all we know…your custom video request may have been for her to say “Ohhh, Qwipo9…I wish it was YOU who’d taken my virginity when I was ___ (insert an age UNDER 18).” I don’t know. But even something like that (a model even briefly discussing a memory from her teenage days) would be a reason she could get banned from the site.

Sometimes when a guy pays for a custom video, he send the model somewhat of a script…certain things he wants her to say once, twice, or multiple times in the video. No defintely not i'm just very careful about what information i share online but since i did nothing wrong here is my script which i have sent to her excatly like this before she accepted my request and told me her price (1000 tokens):

Even if there is anything which could be a weird request for some models in this, she knew this before i tipped and accepted it as i previously said. She could have just said no if she didnt like this request.


This is my idea:

A 4 min video. The camera should be in horizontal format.

In the first 2 min you should massage your boobs with a lot of oil while you moan my name. And you should be as close as possible to the camera with your boobs but your face should be visible.

For the last 2 minutes you should come really really close to the camera with your eyes and face and act like we are kissing while saying my name.
And you should say things like "i love you [my name]" like a girlfriend.

For this part of the video it should look like in the attached picture.
And there should be no music and no loud sounds in the background.

To send a custom video outside of chaturbate would involve chatting about other places to exchange things outside of chaturbate, and would lead to a ban of the model.

To answer your question, it would have been a recording of a premium private show aka a custom video. Sorry if it was confusing i always call it this because thats what i get at the end of the day.

The solution they found:
They sent a refund request to the cam model, she approved my token refund request.
