I was banned in early March. It wasn’t a permanent ban. I already sent two support tickets and a direct email on April 6th with my sincere apologies.
I believe the ban happened because I shared my Telegram with a Russian-speaking member in private chat, and he filed a complaint. I’m truly sorry for this mistake. I now fully understand that even though Telegram is in my bio, sharing it directly in chat violates the off-site contact rules.
I never received any money or tokens outside the platform and had no intention to bypass the site. It was a one-time emotional mistake in the heat of the moment. I’ve learned my lesson and promise I will never do it again.
My account has 8k followers and means a lot to me - I’ve been with Chaturbate for a long time and really value the platform. I would be so grateful if you could review my case and lift the suspension.
