Greetings,@punker barbie I have sent an email to support! I made a new account about the account ban, and it says that the identity does not meet the criteria. Support does not give an answer. The previous account was banned by the studio. Below I write a new account and an old one that I do not have access to
new acc: Ivy_Why (send mail use with it acc)
Old : IvyWhyte
new acc: Ivy_Why (send mail use with it acc)
