Is this about a chaturbate account? If that's the case, you can't access your pvt shows (or anything else on the platform) because you're banned. You need to contact support directly and then wait for their answer as they are the only ones that can actually help you.

but some extra info would be helpful ( what happens if you try to replay a private ? )

and did you write support ?

You are right. My bad, a little lapse there. Just checked, I got the 'Access denied' message and got mixed up
