Good morning, my Chaturbate account was banned for the following reason:

Discussion of illegal and unsafe actions is prohibited, including but not limited to: violence, blood, torture, cutting, extreme blood restriction, pain, choking, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with causing physical or emotional harm.

I had already been punished for smoking and showing my cigarette rolling accessories, and I became much more careful. Today, suddenly, my account was banned. I think it might have been because of a conversation I had with a user where he asked me to call him by a term to induce submission. Or maybe because when I show my penis, I have a lot of fluid, or maybe because I tried to use a program during the broadcast that would simultaneously subtitle my video, since I have difficulty pronouncing English, and that may have been the reason, as I got quite confused trying to do it and it came out wrong. I believe it was something like that that harmed me and I apologize to the Chaturbate team; I'm really confused.

I've already sent an email to support, I hope I did everything right, and I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this and managed to recover their account, or if there's any way to get help?

I mentioned above that a user specifically asked me to refer to them using a specific term that I won't write here. As I am not a native English speaker, I was completely unaware of the historical, offensive, and hateful weight that this word carries in the English language. I mistakenly believed it was a common term in "roleplay," at the viewer's request, and I had no intention of promoting hate speech or causing emotional harm. I have now researched the true meaning of this term and learned it.

I now realize that this term is an insult and violates the platform's safety policies regarding respectful conduct and hate speech. I want to emphasize that I do not support any form of discrimination or violence. It was an honest mistake caused by a language barrier.

Since then, I have reread the Terms of Service and Safety Policy to ensure I fully understand the platform's limitations. I value my community on Chaturbate and am committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

I'm writing here because I know it's not advisable to send another email to support. But I think this is a way to explain myself.
