Hello, I am studio representative. One of our models Brandy_Gem has banned account and no any information what happened and how to solve it. Her account banned from the 7th of May, I wrote a letter to tech support as a studio and she already tried to use support form on the site but we still have no answer. We didn't get any notifications about violations or anything is going wrong, any warnings and suddenly without any reasons ban. Support don't answer. What can we do and who could help to reach support team. We are sure that account was banned by mistake but we don't understand how to solve it and get any information what is going on.

Her account banned from the 7th of May, I wrote a letter to tech support as a studio and she already tried to use support form on the site but we still have no answer.
