Where i can find the User Ignored List?

Hello everybody,
please can you help me, i ignored some users and deleted their messages in the DM-Section. Not knowing that this users now not can send me anymore PM´s, they not can write text in their tipnotes and also when they write in public it is not seen. Can you tell me please where i can find such as an "ignored user list" to undo this mistake? Thank you for your help.
