Chaturbate account banned

Hello, I would like to find out why I actually got banned. I think I know the reason. During my stream, my brother suddenly came into the room and for a moment there were two people on the webcam, but his face was not visible — he basically just passed by.


So I asked him to provide his ID and take a selfie photo for verification in case that was the issue. After he got verified, I still received what seems to be a permanent ban, and I honestly do not understand why.


I am 33 years old and my brother is 30. We look very similar and people can usually only tell us apart by height — I am the taller one and my brother is shorter.


I truly enjoy the Chaturbate platform. I am also a supporter and I buy tokens even outside of streaming, so I would really like to ask for your help. Thank you.
