hello @punker barbie , my account Angie_CandyCat is banned (and the preveous account Angela_Fog too, i made a new acc Angie_CandyCat and wrote messages for CB team from this new account, but got no reply regarding the problem for more than 2 month. May i get your help, please?

making new accounts while banned is considered "ban evasion" and it is against the TOS. CB will reply to the banned accounts registered email address and not on any new accounts made.

You need to ask from the email address registered on the banned account
