the "best time" differs from model to model. USA evening / night will have the most traffic but will also have the most models online. Just being online at a consistent time is more important than what time, so the best time is one you can stick to long term.
I recommend trying US EST morning shifts. When i was starting out those morning shifts where i made more comapred with evenings. Less models online and the US morning crowd was more motivated to quickly go to private. I assume it's because of a short window block to jerk off before members begin their day.

From 6:00am to 11:00am EST. That way you hit each US timezones. Earlier the better because like 80% of US population lives on the Eastern side. You also get the Euro traffic mixed in.
