Banned and Ignored

Someone please help me, I got banned cos this guy offered a meet up and I automatically got banned for playing along with his fantasy. I don´t even live in the same country as the guy and CB has been ignoring all my emails for the past month. I don´t know what to do and my tokens are stuck there too. The customer support is HORRIBLE. Literally no answer after a month. I´m desperate. My username was collegetwin.

Was payment mentioned for the "meet up"? If it was then that is a ZERO tolerance violation of the TOS that you agreed to before you started to stream

To you it may have been a "fantasy" but prostitution is not looked at as a fantasy as far as CB is concerned

Not living in the same country means absolutely NOTHING since travel is a thing these days. We are not living in the 17th century where that could be used as an excuse but even then travel between countries was possible even if it was harder to do.
