why does it say this everytime I try tipping now I can't do anything on there be it pvts or tipping any advice its been over a week

I'm missing out on some pvts I could of done because I can't tip or start pvt, especially when some creators are on not online that often it's annoying but I guess I just have to wait, appreciate the response from you though
