Thx for your replay. Off course, i totally understand that. I am not asking to discuss or talk with me about this topic. Sorry, I wanted to ask if you could contact support to review her case asap and reply to her mail and discuss everything with her. That would be great because otherwise cbsupport could take a very long time till they review her case. Again thx in advance for your time and patience.
