Hi @punker barbie , I was streaming today, July 6, 2026. I logged off for a moment to take a break, and when I came back, my account showed as blocked. I contacted support for help, but when I refreshed the page, it showed as banned. It says it's a security issue and tells me to contact them to resolve it, but honestly, I didn't do anything against the rules; I just logged off to rest, and then the account appeared blocked. I don't know the reason—I don't have any security issues—so I hope you can help me. Thanks.

Getting blocked right in the middle of a break is a total nightmare, especially when you didn't break any rules. It’s so stressful because it just freezes your income instantly while you're stuck waiting for help. This exact risk is why a lot of studios and creators eventually switch to running their own independent, white-label sites. When you actually own your infrastructure and user database, no third-party platform can suddenly lock you out of your own business or freeze your money. Total control is the only real way to protect your revenue long-term. Really hope the mods or support get this cleared up for you fast
