I’d actually say it is pretty easy to tell the difference. Some models are good at disguising it, sure, but most who claim to ‘squirt’ while faking it are releasing a very large, continuous stream — and that’s visually different from an actual squirting response.

Real squirting is usually a short, forceful expulsion triggered by stimulation, not a long bladder-emptying flow. So even though both come out of the urethra, the way they look and the way they happen aren’t the same.

What people call ‘squirting’ is a mix of diluted urine plus fluid from the Skene’s glands, and it happens because of sexual stimulation, not because the bladder is emptying.

So even if the exit point is the same, the process, the trigger, and the fluid composition are different
