I’d actually say it is pretty easy to tell the difference. Some models are good at disguising it, sure, but most who claim to ‘squirt’ while faking it are releasing a very large, continuous stream — and that’s visually different from an actual squirting response.

This makes me feel better. Hubby has gotten me to squirt for the last 4-5 years.. once every 2 years on average.
