How to update ID on chaturbate

Hi everyone !! My ID is near to expire, i got already new one, successfully updated it in all payment systems but NOT on chaturbate lol because i got no idea how to make it..... Chaturbate for now doesnt send any notification etc, and in my acc i see only option to remove me as person that is verified lol or to add new one... anyone knows how to update NEW id of SAME streamer on chaturbate??? help please

I would take the initiative and SUBMIT A TICKET.
Explain that your ID is expiring and would like to upload your new one.
Account registration requires a valid ID at the time. Otherwise I don't think CB will run through uploaded IDs to see whether they are still valid or not.. that's a lot of work and they already seem short-staffed.

thank u so much for reply !! im sorry, but i forgot to tell that cb support is not replying .....i waited 5 days and thats why wrote here.... Last time i contacted them - they replied in 1 month (!)....... I got no idea whats going on, because few years ago they replied just within hour or two..

...... im shocked..... was uploadin about 7 times pics they they asked for....... and they dont appear in list of uploades, its only old ones there..... what to do?? i tried different formats of pics and on different devices

@punker barbie HI ! I heard u r cb support... Please tell if smth went wrong or no --- I will write more detailed..... My id soon expire. I got today email from them telling me to visit link chaturbate.com/accounts/add_performer_image
i went there, they asked me to load photo of ID plus photo of me holding it. I did that
what happened next - system brought me to chaturbate.com/identity ..... and its list of old few years ago varifications and zero words about new ones...

please just tell is all this normal?? or my photos even didnt load?)) lol i tried 7 times...
