I was helping my friend create her account so we could work together. While assisting her with uploading her identification documents, the biometric verification mistakenly identified me as if I were attempting identity fraud or impersonation.
If necessary, I can provide a photo of both of us, each holding our own identification documents, to verify that we are two different people and that everything is legitimate.
I already contacted support, but I never received a response, and it has been a long time. I sincerely apologize for what happened.
I had always worked through studios, and they were the ones who created my accounts, so I didn’t know the proper procedure for broadcasting with another person. I now believe we handled the account creation incorrectly, but there was never any intention to violate the rules.
Chaturbate has always been the platform where I earned most of my income, and I would be very grateful for the opportunity to resolve this situation.
If possible, I would also like to request that any existing Chaturbate accounts associated with me be removed or closed so I can start over from scratch and follow all the rules correctly.
