Account suspended

Hello @punker barbie. My account was suspended awhile back because I was broadcasting with a friend who wasn’t verified. It was my first time as a couple and didn’t read the rules before going live. Support said I could get my privileges back if I was able to verify her. I uploaded her info yesterday and she passed the verification but when I go to broadcast, it still says that I’m suspended. Are you able to un suspend my account now that she is verified? I’m trying to go live tonight. Thank you so much. Let me know.

It usually takes a couple of days in these situations since CB has to check if your friend has had other accounts that may have been banned on CB. And this being over the weekend may delay it by a day or two.
