hey, recently i've got a message that says "Your IP has been blocked" whenever i try to type in that. does anyone know why this started happening? its been fine before.

It means your current IP has been blocked, perhaps you have a dybamic IP that changes and it recently changed to an IP that's blocked.

maybe your IP is listed on a service like spamhaus and then cloudflare will block it
this can happen if your computer is infected with a bot

He's talking about a message when he tries to send to cb chat, it's like a CB antispam block.
