My account was suspended after a user informed me that they were under the age of 18. The moment I became aware of this, I immediately ended the conversation and blocked the user. I had no prior knowledge or reason to believe that this person was a minor, and I would never intentionally interact with anyone underage or engage in any activity involving minors.

Since then I can't anyhow stream on the platform. My last account name is Milena_Stasym, I tried to contact support for months but received no answer. Please help me, I have a feeling you are my last resort. I would be very grateful if you could help me and ask the support to take another look at my case and consider reinstating my account. I truly value being part of the platform and remain fully committed to following all of its policies going forward.

Yes, I just received the response, thank you. Took them more than a month to just answer me with "we won't reply to your messages anymore because you violated very seriously". I didn't know the person was minor at first and after they told me that I ceased the dialogue. I couldn't even think that the person on the other side would be under legal age, they didn't tell me that at first. And as I already told, I ended our conversation as soon as they named their age. I wouldn't talk to them if I knew their age! Could you please tell me if there is any even small chance they will review their verdict?
