I have a promo still running and support remains silent for a long. I got banned because I forgot to mute another broadcaster window when the private with user started. Idk how this happened but the broadcasts got randomized in this window and randomly started a hardcore broadcast of 2 guys fucking hard girl. This girl was screaming, but I thought it's ok if this on CB so I continued private. After I ended the private I got the banned message. Maybe you can affect somehow on this ban and also wb my promotional hours? May them be returned? My username is itscamilla
