I've gone down a wormhole. At times it was a challenging wank but I got there in the end.

I've seen this guy multiple times in a room I moderate in, and he's easily dealt with because I'm there with an experienced model and I also have mod privileges if she misses it. However, I keep tabs on what he's saying elsewhere, from a train wreck porn perspective, and he's not just a nuisance but a real danger to new and inexperienced models. He literally spends hours each day with his "I used to be a top ten model I can help you" schtick and models fall for it. He's there in their public chat telling them to change their prices, publicly telling the entire room what their income is and just generally being an ass. And he gets a fair bit of pushback from other users who recognise him from other usernames he's used in the past.
Which brings me to my point. I see so many posts from models (and some users here) who get banned for life from CB. Many of the bans are justified, but I also see members and models get banned and suspended for misunderstandings, inaccurate AI checks, sometimes for weeks at a time. Meanwhile, guys like this can continue their harassment without any consequences because they can just spin up a new grey account. Paying members and models however can't return to their paying/earning status because more stringent checks are in place.
It's a system that seems loaded in favour of those who annoy, harass and abuse.
Surely the sole purpose of allowing grey tier users is to quickly transition them into paying customers. Otherwise they contribute nothing but noise. There has to be some way of identifying and halting these repeat offenders without putting the onus on script developers and plugins, which the model may not be at liberty to use or may find too complex to configure.
Surely the level of interaction for grey users should match the features available to anonymous users, with chat only available for users who have bought tokens.
