Banned from all rooms. I don't understand why

Hello, I'm having a problem on the Chaturbate site. Whenever I enter any room, I get automatically banned. The models tell me it's not coming from their end, and they can't figure out how to unban me.
I've contacted support but haven't heard back yet.
My username is jolio23.

I dont know if they still do it but if you enter way too many rooms too fast it will do that for a while, i dont remember how long.

Are you using a VPN ? The VPN may be banned.

I didn't have a VPN enabled, so I don't think so.
