Subject: Sincere Apology and Request for Account Reconsideration Decision ID: KDMG-0009690662
Hello Support Team,
I sincerely and deeply apologize for the incident that led to the termination of my account. I fully understand the seriousness of your platform's rules regarding the safety and protection of minors.
During one of my live streams, my child accidentally appeared on the live video. There was absolutely no intention to violate any policy, endanger anyone, or break the rules of the platform. However, I understand that regardless of my intention, I am responsible for everything that happens on my live stream.
I am extremely sorry for this mistake. I respectfully request you to please reconsider my account termination and give me one final opportunity. This account is extremely important for my work, and losing it has had a serious impact on me.
I assure you that I have taken this matter very seriously. From now on, I will be extremely careful during every live stream and will take all necessary precautions to ensure that such an incident never happens again. I will strictly follow all Community Guidelines and platform safety rules at all times.
I sincerely regret this mistake and respectfully ask for your forgiveness and one final chance to continue using my account responsibly.
Please review my case once again and consider restoring my account. I would be incredibly grateful for another opportunity to prove that I can follow all platform rules responsibly.
Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal.
Sincerely,
hot_silkk

This is not the place to appeal your case. Either reply to the original suspension email or submit a request to begin the appeal process.
I contacted Stripchat via email, but I only receive automated replies stating that the decision cannot be reversed. I am a token-based model who has always operated strictly within the platform's policies. My ID was permanently blocked without any prior warning simply because my child accidentally appeared on camera. Please unblock my ID; I sincerely apologize and assure you that I will be extremely careful in the future. @hot_silkk stripchat model

because my child accidentally appeared on camera.
Um, that’s a really serious offense.
replies stating that the decision cannot be reversed.
So I’m not shocked at this.

That means you’re not going to be unbanned on their site, time to move on to a different token based site, and obviously never stream when your child is able to appear on cam on the new site you use.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. Accidents do happen. Models are not perfect. A couple of weeks ago I was suspended from using FLIRT mode because I appeared naked. It was also an accident because I forgot to switch off Flirt mode. From now on I decided not to use Flirt mode to prevent another suspension for forgetting to turn off Flirt mode. Now I do dirty karaoke on Wednesdays and the viewers love it more and there are no violations because Flirt mode is not used. To prevent a child from accidently appearing on camera, you should probably try to get a babysitter and send the child or children to the babysitter's house so that doesn't happen on any other site.

I would be so upset if SC terminated my account because it is my very first cam site and I have established a professional bond with viewers and accumulated a fan base. SC is my top favorite platform.

I think if an accident does occur only one time and the model imediately takes action should not be terminated and given a second chance. Everyone deserves a second chance as long as the violation isn't intentional. We all make mistakes.

Please

Sorry, I disagree. Showing an underage person on a sexual cam stream, whatever the excuse, deserves a lifetime ban. No second chances.

What if it was you that made the mistake? Would you want to be terminated over a mistake? I understand if it was done on purpse but it wasn't.

People lose their jobs all the time due to careless mistakes. It’s a normal term of employment that your employer requires you not to mess up this badly.
I know that most employers axpect workers to perform mericles and even the tiniest of mistakes can have employees fired. I never thought the work force was fair. Most employers are too hard on their workers. We cannot say any of us never made mistakes before. We are humans and will at some point make a mistake. New models that that replace experienced models may not have the experience that more experienced models would have and may make more costly mistakes. Employees are mainly treated like machines and robots and if the machine malfunctions trash it and buy new and dont bother trying to fix it to save money. Do you see where I am comming from?

Allowing a minor to be shown on a sex cam stream is highest form of gross negligence. Quite rightly they were perm banned.

I don’t even know why I’m still arguing this point.

I do understand why though. You are right about that as a serious violation.

This is not a tiny mistake though.

Let me give you a pro-worker point of view on this: Let’s say (hypothetically) Stripchat stopped banning models that make this exact mistake on first offense. Let’s also say, hypothetically, that 10 new models make this mistake per month.

Pretty soon Stripchat would gain a reputation for looking the other way, and the people who want to see cam sites shut down now have lots of evidence to support their case.

If the site got shut down, now we’re taking about what - tens of thousands? - of employees now out of work, the overwhelming majority of whom did nothing wrong. What’s worse, banning the person that actually fucked up, or letting an entire site’s worth of models have their livelihoods in jeopardy just to “let this slide” for the model that truly messed up?

Which of those two scenarios is truly showing empathy for the employee?

We are not employees. We are independent contractors. At no point in time does a site have to warn you or allow you back on their platform for violating the rules/laws.

You basically created CSAM, whether you intended to or not is 100% irrelevant. It happened. It's illegal. There is no line where it becomes legal. None. Zero.

I do understand your point. That would be horrible if SC was shut down and we all lost our jobs. I know that is not a tiny mistake.

But isn't independent contractor simular to emplyees in a way but not reallly? You still have upper management like the SC moderator team or admin which is kind of like our assistant managers and a superviser. The CEO would be the top management and the admins and moderation team considered middle management while models are kind of like lower management. Us models can set our own rules for our personal room for our members to follow, kind of like an office space in a large franchise buisness. Us models have the ability to mute or ban viewers if they violate our rules and to comply with SC rules. It is more like B2B contracting. You own your own buisness on the platform. Our personal buisness for example, The Crimson lounge was a studio is a buisness I once seen on the SC platform. SC is a buisness and so is Crimson lounge. You have a contract agreement between the two buisnesses but you still have to abide by the platform's rules. You are right Vixen. We are independent contractors just like pulling in another company or self proprieter to clean an office building.

Its a secret alright. Most of my friends dont know I am a cam model lol.
