i was hoping if i can ask for some assistance with my account? i already emailed support about it but i wanted to ask if you can help me too

there was an unusual login and i accidentally pressed that it wasnt me, after that i got logged out and now my credentials are invalid. i also noticed my username connected to gmail changed to jana_ngooo while my account still shows jana_ngosh. i already locked my account for now, i just wanna make sure everything is okay and hopefully recover my account. thank you so much!

at first, i just go to my email then press no it's not me when i got the notification saying that a new log in access on my account. after that i got redirected to a site where there is an option to lock you account, then i contact support and just comply what they ask for. patience is the key, i waited for a week for my case to be resolve
