I hope you can help me reach them out so I will know what are the reason why I got banned and I can explain my side and I will promise to do better and be more mindful next time. Thank you so much. Thank you so much., i appreciate your effort @punker barbie, they just gave me 5 days to settle my token left in my account because they already finalized my account to be permanently banned, now it's almost 5 days and i haven't receive any response from them. I hope you still help me reach them out again. I wish to get my remaining token as i work hard for it.. Please help me reach them to read my response to their email. Thank you so much and more power.
