Unable to broadcast

Hello @punker barbie ! I hope you're doing well. This is Zoe, username is Sweetlittleangela. Whenever I broadcast, the screen is black even though it says I am "live" and then it disconnects me ending my stream. I tried using another laptop and different display resolutions, nothing worked. Can you please assist? This is my only income and I would love to start streaming properly ASAP. Thank you so much!

Hello! Sweetlittleangela is unlocked. But now I cannot broadcast on it since the screen is black and my stream keeps disconnecting. I put in a service request online.
