My account was banned because user mentioned prohibited word on my stream .

My account was banned on 11th of July 2026 because a user said prohibited words “ asked when did I do menstruation “ and I didn’t reply him but forgot to report him immediately and my account was banned have been sending appeals messages to Chatubate support but no response to any of the messages. Account name ( kattybaby89 ) that was first time of something like that happened to my account because the account was new account then .so please is there any possibility to reinstate the account please help me I really respect Chatubate and I always keep to their regulations so please any help to get my account back
