My Chaturbate account was banned

Good evening @punker barbie my Chaturbate account was banned while watching out of nowhere. I was watching some cams and the sites all started refreshing and the ban notif was shown. I dont really know what it was for to be honest and I have been using this site for 8 years now. I really want my account back because it is basically a weekly thing for me to go on Chaturbate every 2-3 days when i have nothing to do. 10 Seconds after the ban i looked it up on google and i suddenly had to confirm that i wasnt a robot because of suspicious behaviour from my pc which has never happened before, this could be a reason for the ban? I dont have access to my old Email which is linked to my Chaturbate Account thats why i asked in the email if they could send me replies to another Email which i wrote down in the mail. I really hope you can help me out! ( i translated the 2nd pic because it was german at first )
