Hello @punker barbie, my acc Shades455 was banned and I have sent multiple support tickets for more information and apologizing for anything I may have did? I reviewed the ToS and have a much better understanding of what is expected. Please help

If Support has said you are permanently banned then you are permanently banned.

Never said permanently banned just "banned" without a reason just a link to ToS on sing-in, support has yet to respond. Every other screenshot i've seen shows a reason mine shows nothing. (never meant to intentionally send too many inquiries
)
