hello @punker barbie. Our account was banned around Oct. 2nd, and we do not have any idea why. We contacted customer support and as of tonight, have not heard back from anybody. I got a little impatient and filled a second claim on the 7th of Oct. I know I shouldn't have done that. Our username is olderhorneycouple, and any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. if an apology is warranted, we will apologize, but we need to know what to apologize for. thanks
