I’m hoping you can help me understand whether my identity verification restriction can be reviewed.
More than a year ago, I provided my identity documents to another person for account registration. I did not broadcast on that account myself, and I do not know all the circumstances surrounding its activity. I regret allowing someone else to use my documents.
I have already contacted Chaturbate Support through the official form and replied to their email, but I have not received a substantive answer about whether an individual review is possible.
I am not asking to restore the old account or bypass Chaturbate’s rules. I would simply like to know whether my eligibility to broadcast under my own identity can be reviewed and whether any further steps are available to me.
Could you please help me check the status of my existing support request or advise me on the appropriate next steps?
