Hello my account has been banned ( Username: Virtualvixenliveshow ) for "Activity on your account has been flagged as violating Chaturbate’s Terms and Conditions. As a result, your account has been banned.". Whatever this means please dear @punker barbie could you confirm whether or not support team have received my support ticket? And get an answer why, as I would like to know the reason so I will not repeat it again and stay compliant. Thanks for your time and your assistance

I forgot to mention that my show/stream was not stopped or blocked while I was live I finished my show without any issue. Just the next day I got ready to stream I opened my chaturbate webpage and found my account was banned for. After roaming this forum I came across some cases very similiar to mine. Some models seems to have the same issue as mine, no clear ban explanation, next day account was banned. Also at my last stream I got a message that my messages system has been updated, I did my show as usual and next day I found I was banned, could this be related with the new chat message system automation monitoring and false flagging accounts and banning?

Having a similar issue … if you don’t mind me asking what ban message appears do they give you a reason?

This is the message. And now that I am thinking of it, if recall correctly, they did try to update chat message system like a 3 months ago during summer, obviously it failed back then and they rolled back but I do remember during that attempt I got banned again without any explanation I did contact support and I got unbanned without any explanation again why all this happened. However this is all wild guesses. I am still wait for an explanation and contact from support since I did my ticket at Suterday, I just hope I will not be ingored or get a response 2 months like in some rare cases.

Back again I did get an answer
This ban is due to a suspected serious violation of Chaturbate terms. Given the seriousness of this violation, you have now been permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform. This ban is not eligible for reconsideration. Any accounts accessed in violation of this permanent ban will be subject to termination without warning and all associated amounts deemed forfeit.
The Chaturbate Team
Here is the thing tho they do not mention what is the that SO serious violation. They make it sound like I killed someone without giving any kind of explanation I am willing to comply If I fully undestand what did happen, also this ban is not eligible for reconsideration. However now can I even make a new account? This message says almost nothing besides "you are banned we do not want you in our platform - go away" But with no explanation behind it! Also will I get my payout? Please @punker barbie help me understand and get through this. I do not want to cause trouble I do not want to cause any violations I just want to keep this line of work for me going, as with this job I earn my bread.

Yes thank you @punker barbie they totally did. However I did mail support back asking about details as to reason why I got banned, I would be nice to know the reason atleast maybe even apologize If I understand what happen. Also I would like to question them If I can make a new account and start over without repeating whatever was that caused this ban. Is there any chance they will respond back after the second mail I sent them? Or should I make a new account and ask from new account for clarifications?

Yes I am kind of aware of that but however I did hear multiple cases where ppl got banned and they started over with a new account. So it is ether two things they ether did ask for permission to start over and they approved it, or there is is ether lack of rules enforcement or uneven , so in the second case it might be my case too because I still did not get an answer why I got banned. All im trying to do is to figure out why I got banned and if I can return to streaming to CB with my account or perhaps with another. And there is many ppl that got multiple accounts on CB and when they get banned they jump to another, I have just seen it happen, and I had also discussion with people that got banned but they started over with a new account. But the point is how to contact with them now and understand why they took that decision.

And I do wander if they will ever respond to me to my already banned account or I will have to make a new account to get an answer. As for true or not you might be right, I just discuss what I have been told, besides never ever been in that situation before. So get in my shoes for a moment.... But the fact remains I did reply to them after the first response that I got banned I did not get an aswer, should I make a new ticket with my already banned account or make a new account and ask again? Again thanks for your time

How many more times do the people have to tell you, that YOU, as a person have been banned.
You can't stream with any new account, because your personal informations are saved and as soon as you create and verify a new account, CB will cross-check that informations and ban you again.
If you've heard that banned users are streaming again with a new account, that's only possible if they're using fake ID information, but CB will figure that out too.

Now, to answer your questions. You have already been told that you're not allowed a new account. And regarding the reason or particular situation that led to your ban, you should assume that the response you already received is the best answer (and the more detailed) that you're gonna get from them. Not saying that is a good or bad thing, just that after issuing a permanent ban, they are not usually prone to give any more explanations.
