Hi,

I produced some content had it online for over a year now and someone stole it and uploaded it on Pornhub.

They have a DMCA takedown form. But the disclaimer says "All the information provided in this DMCA Takedown Form (including your personal information) are part of the full takedown notice and may be forwarded to the uploader of the allegedly infringing content."

Yeah, so obviously I dont want him to know where I live and Pornhub wont guarantee that he wont get my personal information.

How do you deal with such a situation? What are my options to protect my privacy?
This guy has blocked me, so I cant contact him and he deletes all comments from different accounts saying that he stole the video.

thanks for your help.

Cleo

All DMCA takedowns want your legal info etc just your cam name or other alias and request to have it removed or you can sign up to pornhubs model payment program and request for your vids to be moved under your account where you will receive payment for all the views. Here's more info on pornhub.

If you work for a cam or clip site that you sell your videos through they will often take down stolen content for you if you contact support. I don't know which sites you work for though.

Use your cam name and email, and an obviously fake address and phone number. I use my state capital building and 867-5309. If you're not open about your state, use something random across the country, or make something up completely.
