Hi guys i'm hoping someone can help me.
i did shows on chaturbate for about 2 months, and i always knew there was a risk, i just didnt know my shows would be shared and posted so consistently..

i managed to file DMCA notices and remove my videos from some sites, but i cant seem to get my videos off of rec-tube. is there any way to get them removed from this site??

i really hope some of you guys can help me.. this is really making me depressed..

thanks

There is always a way. With this site (and other sites from that network) though I'm afraid without an expensive lawyer you will have no success. You would need several court orders in several countries to get anywhere.

Okay thank you for your answer.
i guess i'll just have to live with it.. Do you know if its possible to get me completely off googles search results and google pics?
theres over 1,5 million videos on rec-tube, so im hoping it's gonna be a needle in a haystack.

Rec tube seem to buy streaming from CB and MFC and other cam pages.
Videos get in there so fast that after u log off you can go to rec tube and see your show.

According to the new SESTA / FOSTA laws in USA and new law in EU, cam models have far better rights as content owner's.
And pages like rec tube has less power.

CB do Not help with rec tube, ( they do help with some other pages ).

If rec tube is legal it's so far in the Gray zone of the law that it's crazy.

But rec tube do Not have any contact info, or dmca so it's very hard to get videos off it.

I know a few models get it off, I'm just not sure how yet.

As it's hard to find the owners of the page, and contact info, it's a real bad site.

They sell all models content for about 18$ per month subscription..

So they ( owners of rec tube ) make money of each cam model here.

Hence SESTA/ FOSTA law and new EU law, I think rec tube is on the wrong side of the law ( might be loupe wholes here that I don't know about ).

Why I know about this as mod?
I take down for the models I mod for.

Mods try help, we aren't bad.
( at least not all ).

Ps I know some model use a take down service ( maybe they get it off rec tube ).
I don't remember the name now, but it cost 100 - 200$ per month if I remember correctly.

So you have options to get it taken down.

It's probable not a good idea to promote a site that's posting recording of your shows.

Many piracy sites ignore DCMA takedown.
That means even if CB or MFC files a DCMA, they're not going to take down the video down.

But you can get MFC/CB to file a DCMA with google, and other search engines to make it harder for people to find the videos. If they're using a content delivery network, you can get MFC/CB to file a DCMA with the content delivery network as well.

There is a lot of good info in Sending DMCA requests.

FYI for that particular site you could also have MFC/CB file DCMA requests with cloudflare.
You can also request cloudflare to provide you with the real ip of the server so you can identify the real ISP and or hosting provider. So you can have MFC/CB file a DCMA with those providers.

Okay thank you, it seems there is some hope?
My dream is to one day take those fuckers down lol.

i'm thinking there most must be so many pissed off people like me, with that many videos on the site..
I heard that it costs about 200 dollars to get a proffesional dmca team to help, but i heard it's useless?

i see what you mean, i just want other people like me to know that they're not the only ones fighting to get their videos off these sites
okay i will check that out, thank you for your help.

Cloudflare do not give rights holders the ip address of the material anymore for "privacy reasons". This makes it so difficult and that's why cloudflare is also called crimeflare. Without the IP address rights holders do not even know where to sue someone and in which legal system.

The movie industry spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on DCMA. And It's still incredibly easy to watch movies online for free. DCMA is really wacamole. It cost you time and money. Time you could be using to making money.

The best way to fight pricey is remove their source of revenue. No one is going to pay them for your videos when your videos are freely available on pornhub. Your taking some thing that cost you money, and turn it into a source of profit.

Yeah i see what you mean, but i'm done broadcasting.. Since i found out how risky it is, i just dont want to ever go back, i was just drawn in by the money.
it's just not for me, if you dont mind the videos being shared it's a great gig, otherwise it's no fun.

I will get this shitty site off the internet someday.. in one way or another.

Taking down a site doesn't mean much.
It's a dime a dozen.
They can spin up another 100 or 1000 in an hour.

Even if you could get the person behind the site; there a bunch of other people doing the same thing.

Yeah but it should still be harder for these sites to steal the videos, and hopefully the laws around this area will be more strict..
of course it's easy to just give up and let them do whatever the fuck they want.

This site you mention in your name is just one site in a much bigger network of sites. It's just a "front end" if you want. The same videos can be accessed through other sites. New laws will not help, they are breaking the old laws already, why would they care about new ones?

I do not want to discourage you but be realistic, either you are very, very good in researching or you have a lot of time of research before you.

There will be tens of thousands who are pissed off like you. Unlike movie or music industry, where the studios are quite big entities themselves that own copyright, the situation in "cam" is different. The copyright lies with each and every single broadcaster, you, me, every broadcaster and compared to music or movie companies we're small fish. The entities that have legal ressources, the money and could easily represent the individual performer would be the camsites (through a simple form, can even be the broadcaster agreement) but they do not act against the sites.

Look further on the cam piracy scene and you will notice that many cam pirate sites are in partnership with...yes...camsites. This is not the case with rec-tube and that network but the other big players are sponsored by camsites. That's the sad reality.

Damn that sucks.. do you see this changing? what would have to be done for the sites like cb to do something about it?

Honestly, most of us are okay with the risk of our videos being on the internet forever. It's a risk that's very well known from the beginning. Yeah we'll work to get our content taken down, but that's because it'll cost us money to have all our shows up for free. Theres a million and one of these shifty websites and most of them post stolen content from cam sites. If you get it off one site it's gonna go up on like 50 more within a week.
Unless you have a ton of money and a team of lawyers
Or you used your real name if you Google it all your shows show up, I wouldn't really worry about it too much.
I've been doing adult work for 8 years and I've only been recognized like twice in public.
Considering how little time you were in it, I don't think you have to worry that much.

Any time you see advertisements on a pricey site, if you report the abuse to the advertiser; they'll pull their advertisements. That's one of the few ways you can take money out of their pocket.

There are lots of unions in the movie business. It hasn't stopped piracy at all.

if we lawyer up or something..

Movie companies have sued lots and lots of people, piracy is still happening.

or pay a hacker to bring it down?

Committing a crime is not going to stop piracy. At best you take a site down for a few hours. At worst you go to jail, have a criminal record for life, find out that your parole prevents you from touching or using an electronic device.

what would have to be done for the sites like cb to do something about it?

Why do you think CB or MFC would be able to fix this? Music Companies, Movies companies, Software companies, Gaming companies, they all face the same issue. No one has been able to stop piracy.

Yeah you're right, i should have thought it through before starting.. or just not shown my face.
luckily i didnt use my real name, and i'm a guy, i dont know if that makes my odds better? :b
maybe less people really care about my videos?

I know that i cant save the world and that these sites will keep existing, i just want my own videos off the this 1 site, so if it somehow got taken down, then maybe my videos would too.

Some ad networks are known for not caring and continuing to advertise on shady sites. So that won't always work.

I've noticed the videos that stand the test of time are the ones that REALLY stand out. Chances are if you didn't do anything super crazy or like have attributes that would make you easily findable in searches; you should be fine.
If one day you were to like, run for Senate; It may be worth paying someone to help you. But if you're just like a regular dood you should be good.
Don't worry, in no time the sites will be flooded with new videos and yours will be buried so deep, they won't get views anymore.

I also think it’s hilarious that so many people believe that, since mfc and cb can’t combat it 100%, they must be in on it and partners with the pirate sites.

Absolutely positive mfc does not condone or partner with pirate sites to sell recordings to them. The closest thing that can be misconstrued is that they allow affiliates to use certain marketing materials that make it seem like there’s “stolen content” sold directly by the site sometimes.

Thanks alot, that brings some peace to my mind, and i deffinetley did nothing crazy, quite boring if you ask me, so i hope they're not gonna be very popular :)

Correct, they do not support it in any way but they let it slide and it's not even really surprising. For the sites in general the auto recording bot sites have marketing value, might even be true for some performers while others are not happy about it. From a legal point of view it's quite clear, unless you are a site with user uploaded content, you have to ask the copyright holder (the broadcasters) for permission before using it on your site. If you're a tube with user uploaded content, you are required to have a functioning reporting and takedown system so you're not liable (like youtube, vimeo etc.). The majority of tubes have it, just some who are specialized on cam vids do not.

Thank you i appreciate it.
google results are worse though, but i have removed most of that. But my videos are still on those shitty websites so that sucks..
Mine are there too. I am hoping in time they will be replaced with others.

oh really? how long did you broadcast and did you stop?
I hope so too and considering that more than 7000 videos are put up on some of these sites every single day, i hope they will at least be burried pretty good.
