I went to do my first club show on myfreecams yesterday and everyone in my club could not join my actual club show.
I could start one and I was in the “club show” and allowed those members to join but, they said they couldn’t join on their end....
I have emailed myfreecams support but, the only response was they would look into it.... and I haven’t received an email back.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something wrong with my settings... suggestions.
Thanks

Did they tell you what error they got when they tried to enter, or give you any more information?

They all said, that it said “you are not able to join the club show” or something along those lines.
So strange. I don't know what settings you'd have "wrong" to make that happen. What club were you using? I assume the people trying to get in were already members, the club was visible (not "unlisted") and able to accept new memberships, right?

Yes correct- it’s my sherri’s sweethearts club!
These are all current club members who had the error pop up.
And yes, the club is visible and I had people sign up right before I was about to start my club show. I am not sure what to do at this point- this was my first time trying to do a club show. MFC support still hasn’t emailed me back either.
