    Yeah they told me my account was created when I was underage. It was NOT. My emails date back to December 25, 2018 when I first verified my account. My birthday is in August so I would have been 18 years old at the time of sign up.

    Yes I know but I was wondering what the reason was? And if it can be reversed at all? I do not think I've done anything wrong and I would like an answer. I am willing to send new photos and ID verification. Also I have emailed support back but they have not responded yet. Thanks
