    Sudden Ban no actual reason as to why

    @punker barbie my account (the_best_night) Ticket #20789688 was suddenly banned without the reason they believed I violated the terms.. I have tried getting a response from support but simply get the response that I am permanently banned etc.. I cannot cash-out or anything, please help. 🙏🏼

    Account suddenly banned during transmission. No terms were violated yet CB seems to have reason to believe they were.

    @punker barbie the support reached out and fixed the ban issue, however they have left me unable to cash-out, send tips or purchase tokens. I sent support a follow-up request to see if this was an error but it’s been almost a full week now and I feel helpless. Ticket number: 20144169 Please help.

I re-submit with passport and receive “ID not valid. This person is already verified on your account”...
