Whom to contact?

I am not a model, i am user, i tried to bought 180 tokens for ₹1973 thru UPI on 20th April, the money was deducted from my account but till today tokens never reflected into my account, on messaging support, support is replying each time with a copy pasted message, to reach out UPI at “chatassist8989@gmail.com” , i have mailed this guy many a times but never got a single reply, and as usual SC support is sending the same copy pasted msg each time.

Whom shall I contact right now? More then 2 weeks passed away.

I’m really sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing. Unfortunately, it appears that a glitch occurred on the UPI side, which is beyond our control. As a result, our Support team is unable to resolve this for you.

I understand you’ve already reached out to UPI, and I hope they respond promptly and assist you in resolving the matter.
