Hi, I was in a private with a guy and he asked me to do something against the cb rules, I specifically told him that it was against the terms and conditions and that we could both get banned for this. When we returned from the private, my account got immediately banned. I’ve always upheld the terms and conditions of the website and I’m not sure if I made a mistake along the line but I feel that I was firm enough with him and did not execute any of his demands that were against the rules of the site. My username is eric_carrotman

@punker barbie Hello, I still haven’t received any response from support. I’m still unsure why I was banned, I refused to do anything that was against the chaturbate’s terms of service and I told the user of such (I have screenshots). Kindly assist.

@punker barbie kindly advise why I still cannot broadcast. I was told my account was temporarily suspended until the 29th. We are the 30th. I did not break any of the site rules, and even though the suspension was unfair and uwarranted, I patiently waited, hoping to be able to return to my only source of income. Please advise ASAP.

@punker barbie I’m still not getting any replies from support or from you despite the fact that you are active on the forum. I was told I was suspended from broadcasting until July 29th. It is now July 31st and I’m still suspended. Kindly look into this.

@punker barbie it is so incredibly frustrating seeing you answer everyone else’s queries while mine is left behind without any answers or guidance. I was told I could start broadcasting again on July 29th… It is July 31st and I’m still suspended. That alone is quite frustrating but the fact that everyone on support’s side, including you, remains completely silent on the issue is worrisome. Could you kindly provide an update.

Have you added the payment info they are asking for?

Until you do your account will remain suspended. The way I read that is they want you to provide payout info, otherwise there was no reason to have your account in a limited status

CB support is almost never clear on what they want.

CB support is almost never clear on what they want.
My payment method has nothing to do with it. I asked them if I could still withdraw tokens and they showed me how, but has nothing to do with my suspension.
