What was said in the strange conversation? Even though I think 'rapunzeel_' is a really cool screen name if you're a woman with very long hair 
, that name could end up bringing about inappropriate conversations about children, since Rapunzel was originally a children's tale about a 12 year old girl (I know in Disney's Tangled, Rapunzel is 18). You may have members (who may not even mean any harm, and are just making chitchat) blurt out something like "My daughter used to love Rapunzel when she was a kid!" Or "I just bought my daughter a Rapunzel backpack during Target's back to school sale." Something like this being posted in your chat, and then you continuing to interact with the member may, unfortunately for you, result in you getting suspended or banned.
I'm not saying that the reason for your ban had anything to do with someone talking about a minor. I'm just saying to be aware that your screen name may unintentionally open the door for members to start bringing up children's movies (and children). These days with this AI shit taking over, now more than ever there are people with no ill intent getting their posts flagged for certain terms (It's definitely become a problem on Facebook where you could get flagged just for posting something like "I'm killing myself working two jobs...").
It sucks how extra cautious we have to be now about everything that's typed into the chat. Hopefully, you'll get an answer soon from someone over at CB.
