My account has been banned immediately after I bought tokens, my username is nerus991.
Thing is I already bought tokens in the past, always without any issues.
On 6. May I have contacted them for explanation and I have made another refund request, neither of them was answered.
I have not violated anything that I would know and support refuses to reply to my questions for 9 days already, I find this incredibly disrespectful if not straight up robbery, since I was only banned after buying tokens for no reason.
Maybe @punker barbie can you help contacting them?
