Can cash out tokens nor tip

Hi, I've been blocked it seems from sending tokens to other users, tipping, etc. but also withdrawing my existing tokens. Does anyone know what could that be for and how to fix it? support is taking quite some time to reply.

Added this one and multiple others to the thread... I may just ban the IP addresses so we can clear out the multiple accounts that are clearly all connected.
