Can cash out tokens nor tip

Hi, I've been blocked it seems from sending tokens to other users, tipping, etc. but also withdrawing my existing tokens. Does anyone know what could that be for and how to fix it? support is taking quite some time to reply.

Hi I've been having Issues with my account for the past weeks, some of the features I would normally have like tipping have been removed from my account, I reached out to CB and explained everything yet they have not gotten back to me. could you please help me looking into this @punker barbie thanks! my username is cuddlymoana, thanks in advance!

Added this one and multiple others to the thread... I may just ban the IP addresses so we can clear out the multiple accounts that are clearly all connected.
