I registered my profile when I was already 18. About a week has passed. I streamed and everything was fine for about a month, but now I can't start streaming. It says "Person Ineligible" I haven't violated any rules, and my documents are verified (site says its approved). However, I can't stream. What should I do? My nickname is charlyorwell. I contacted support, but they haven't responded for two weeks.
