My account (christophertan) was previously suspended on October 4, 2025, and I’ve just received an email confirming that the suspension has ended.
However, when I tried to reverify my documents, I received this message:
“Person Ineligible – please contact support@chaturbate.com.”
Could you please check why my profile shows as ineligible?
I completely understand the importance of following the rules, and I sincerely apologize for my earlier mistake. I have carefully re-read the Terms and the Code of Conduct, and I am fully committed to complying with them.
