“User does not meet requirements” blocks broadcasting, docs approved (model: kikistacy)

Hi @AmberCutie and @punker barbie,

Posting for the model: kikistacy.

We can’t start a broadcast because Chaturbate shows: “Person Ineligible”
Her documents were uploaded and show as approved/verified on the account.

What we tried:
- Deleted documents and re-uploaded them (still approved, same message)
- Cleared cache/cookies, incognito, log out/in
- Tried another browser/device

We contacted Chaturbate Support on January 8, 2026, but haven’t received any reply or auto-response email yet (checked spam as well), so we don’t have a ticket number.

Could you please advise:
What could trigger this requirement block even when documents show approved?


She streams alone (no guests / no other people on camera). Screenshot of the error can be provided if needed.
